- Order details — your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, so we can fulfil and track your order.
- Account details — your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash) if you create an account.
- Messages — anything you send us through the contact form or an order conversation.
- Order history — the purchases linked to your account, so you can track and re-order.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card or PayPal credentials — we only receive the payment status and transaction reference needed to match your order.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and store your cookie preference. The cookie notice on your first visit lets you accept or decline; your choice is remembered for a year and the site works either way.
How we use your information
- To process, ship and confirm your orders.
- To answer your questions and handle warranty or returns requests.
- To send service emails about your account and orders — never marketing, unless you ask for it.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary: your delivery address with shipping carriers and payment details with PayPal. We never sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Order records are kept for tax and warranty purposes; account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. You can request deletion of your account or order history at any time.
